What are the best aspects of this product?
I like using Prontoforms when it comes to creating forms for different purposes. I am proud of the forms that I've made because it allows me to develop a set of questions and multiple choices that I would like the users/employees to fill up. Once they are done filling out the forms, they go directly to the file where all the information is transmitted and stored for further use. Whenever something goes wrong or an error message pops up on the screen, I don't have to worry about what to do next. All I need is to reach out to the support team, readily available to fix whatever problems I have and teach me things that I need to know.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We currently have branches located outside the United States, so it would be nice to customize the forms into different local languages. This will be more comprehensive for the local staff and their clients. Also, we have restrictions on sharing the forms with some of our colleagues, so we have to find a different way to grant them access.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
The app offers the convenience of gathering data and checking out boxes using the forms rather than manual transcription. It makes our work more efficient, so we can focus on other things that matter more.
