What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that I have everything centralized. It meets all our needs from running robust reports, accepting rent online, providing tenant and owners with an online portal, automatically posting rento to managing maintenance and routine work orders. In addition, I like that they have various levels of users like marketing agent to handyman. This is my go to software for property management because it covers every facet of proeperty management.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It works great but the Owner’s Statements are confusing for me. Sometimes the software is cumbersome but I saw that the team worked very hard to improve it. Also, I don’t like that I can have only one thing open at a time. Every new feature is additional $.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were searching for a large all-in-one platform so we can have great interaction with the tenants, office staff and owners. One of the greatest benefits are its online chat capavilities with our staff, tenants and owners.
