What are the best aspects of this product?
I like that Profix has been able to adapt to what we need as a company so far. It's web-based, so everyone can access it anytime and anywhere, and the Prophix team can update or make regular improvements remotely. I also like that we're able to track expenses, forecasts, projects, all kinds of planning sessions, and reports from data that we can reuse for various purposes. Our workflow has become more seamless and efficient, especially in terms of time. Prophix as a user-friendly and well-designed program also features the best support team who were with us every step of the setup process, to get things in order and settled in.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I wish Prophix's myriad of features weren't s overwhelming that it could need a dedicated admin team to administer everything on behalf of other teams.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Automation for tracking projects, expenses, and workflow. We've become a more time-efficient team that is less prone to errors from manual inputs. More teams are also making use of the reports we produce because it's visually attractive and easy to use and understand.
