What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that Prophix is a web-based platform where we can store our data and access it anytime we need to and create reports based on what we have. It spares us a lot of time and manpower for tracking projects and expenses, compensation, and planning for investments and restructuring.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would help if there are tips to see us through the many featured options, so we know what's useful and what's a nice-to-have.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Manual errors. Prophix has enabled us to avoid these when we produce reports, which are now personalized, more visual, and easy to understand. The automation of data for tracking projects, costs and workflow are also essential because it saved us time and manpower.
