What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that we're able to automate a lot of tasks related to our data, including analysis and comments on reports done and sent out to teams every month.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be more helpful to have more templates that are easier to build and format so we will be able to create reports and distribute them to teams a lot faster.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Automation and streamlining: we're able to save on time consumed with doing tasks and reports manually, so Prophix has been a great help with us on these aspects.
