What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that we're able to integrate it into our system seamlessly because its features are flexible enough to adapt to our company requirements. Our manual tasks and errors have dwindled in number, thanks also to Prophix.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It's on my wishlist for Prophix to be able to merge the templates into a single location, instead of having something that looks more like a directory of templates. Note that it's more of a nice-to-have solution, rather than an urgent one.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Being able to have access to our data all the time since we have one web-based platform to view everything now, and things are easy to search using specific filters.
