I like that Prophix is a user-focused solution because it's easy to use and set up. Their customer support team always replies to our inquiries and quickly comes up with helpful solutions to our concerns.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don't have any at all.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It initially solved our issues about budget tracking and planning, and not having to update several spreadsheets anymore because most of it is automated. Prophix has also since been our go-to for regular forecasts, analytics, and reporting.
