What I think about Prophix

What are the best aspects of this product?

What I like about Prophix is that it's easy to use and made even easier by their ever-ready customer support crew that helped with a seamless setup, and referred us to the CSP feature that tells us even more about how to fully utilize Prophix. The tool helped us automate several processes and reduced errors from manual inputting on excel spreadsheets.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It's not a crucial concern, but it would be great for Prophix to save its report templates into one report folder. It's so I don't have to open several templates for various kinds of reports under related sectors.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're able to have a unified look for reports, from automated results to more accurate data.
