What are the best aspects of this product?
Being a cloud-based tool, the ProProfs help desk can be easily accessed from any browser (We use Google Chrome as it’s comparatively easier to use). As long as you have an internet connection, you are good to go.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
So far we have not witnessed any major drawbacks. We are getting regular security updates and data backups. So no complaints as of now.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
We would love to see more integration options in the future. Although the tool can be integrated with their in-house tool called ProProfs Project, it will be great to get the Slack integration option to manage our projects with ease.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
ProProfs Help Desk has supported us extensively during these challenging times. During the pre-COVID era, our entire support team was working from the office. After investing in ProProfs, we are able to allow our employees to work remotely and ensure everyone is safe.
