What are the best aspects of this product?

Here are the best aspects of this product:

Easy to use interface
Includes ticketing, live chat, survey, knowledge base, and more
Powerful reporting for support managers
Incredible customization capabilities

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are not many integrations options available. However, we use Salesforce as our CRM tool and we have integrated it easily with ProProfs Help Desk.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

We would like to see more integration options in the future.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are solving all our customer service problems with this tool. Instead of using 4-5 different tools for every single channel, we can use ProProfs and manage all conversations in one software. Works great!
