What are the best aspects of this product?

It assignes tickets automatically, making it faster and easier to solve the inquiries. The auto-ticket assigning feature is also useful in tracking existing tickets.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I am satisfied with what it has to offer. I really have no complaints.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Replying to a lot of emails from customers, overwhelmed my team. We receive around 100-250 emails everyday. The ProProfs’ help desk helped us a lot by organizing our emails in just one platform. As a result, no ticket is marked unresolved anymore.
