What are the best aspects of this product?

The UI is great, the features are perfect, the reporting feature is a bit mediocre but gets the work done! This tool really helped me streamline the entire customer support process easily!!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Phone app is the upgrade I’m looking forward to in the future.
