What are the best aspects of this product?
That my team and I get to collaborate with each other on tickets easily. We can leave notes for each other about how far we’ve progressed towards the solution.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I wish they had more integrations with this tool. It has a lot of potential once it becomes more compatible with other products.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
More integrations for sure. As of now, the features of this tool are up to the mark and we haven’t faced any issues with it so far.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We had a lot of issues finding out who was managing which ticket and how far has the team worked towards offering a solution. But with ProProfs, we now know these things as they are very much visible the moment we open the ticket dashboard. We get to the agent’s picture and that the work is divided. Makes our job simple now.
