What are the best aspects of this product?
The best aspect about using ProProfs Help Desk is that it can be seamlessly integrated with the CRM that we use - Salesforce. So this means that our agents can access the complete customer information and offer personalized assistance at scale.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We have not encountered any problem areas yet. I will update the readers soon on this.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
It will be great if ProProfs Help Desk allows us to manage our social media platforms. That will be perfect.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We have used a dozen help desk ticketing systems before and none of them were able to provide our agents with the information they needed about customers. Thankfully, ProProfs offers integrations with the leading CRM such as Salesforce and MS Dynamics that allow us to get a 360-degree view of every customer.
