ProProfs Help Desk has been a game changer for our business over the years. We really enjoy native integrations with live chat, knowledge base, and survey maker. This has allowed us to offer 360-degree support experiences and retain our customers.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Considering the price you are paying (roughly $10/agent/month), there is not any problem area that can really bother you. I will update you if I come across any serious limitations.

We have a diverse customer base that is active on different communication channels. While some customers preferred the formality of email, others loved the spontaneousness of live chat. ProProfs Help Desk enabled our team to engage with customers on their preferred channels and improve their support experience.
