What are the best aspects of this product?
It has automated responses and has a shared inbox feature. This allows our team to easily resolve tickets. I just love using ProProfs to manage client inquiries.

It is very user-friendly. I can't find any faults in it.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It keeps track of all customer inquiries. It is also placed in a single inbox so our agents can easily track the inquiries and respond to them. This helped them answer a lot more inquiries than what they usually would have without using ProProfs.
