What are the best aspects of this product?

It allows easy collaboration between teams because of its inbox feature. This allows us to resolve tickets faster. The custom field feature is also very useful as it can get all the information I need.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It still needs to be integrated in social media.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This helped us resolve our ticketing problems. Categorizing and resolving tickets became simpler. We were also able to fix our overall workflow using this app.
