What are the best aspects of this product?

ProProfs comes with really great automation features that are not offered by other tools that fall in the same price category. For instance, we have developed AI-powered chatbots to assist our audience 24x7. With the help of this feature, both our sales and support operations have improved drastically.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Honestly, nothing has been problematic per se. There could be more integration options with popular tools.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Since we are somewhat active on the leading social media platforms, I would like to see more social media integration options. That will be great for our support operations.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were manually tracking and distributing support tickets among reps before we switched to Proprofs Help Desk. However, now we enjoy powerful automation capabilities and get more done in less time. With round-robin ticket assignment, every incoming issue is distributed equally among agents and every support ticket has an assigned owner.
