What are the best aspects of this product?

We are a leading software company with a team of over a thousand employees operating from different parts of the globe. ProProfs Help Desk has allowed us to track all internal IT requests and issues in one place. The tool is quite simple to use and anyone can learn to submit or track issues in a matter of minutes.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The tool is still young and making gradual improvements. So far, we are super happy with all the features.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

We would like the reporting section to cover more help desk metrics. More customization options will be an added advantage too.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use ProProfs to prioritize urgent issues that can have a huge impact on business performance. For instance, issues related to payment gateways, website downtimes, bugs, etc., are resolved using this tool.
