An excellent part of using this software is that their team is always proactive to offer help and support. Whenever we had any issue, their team was always just a call away.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There is nothing really to dislike about a tool that you can get for as cheap as $10/agent/month. All other products are charging anywhere from 50% to 300% more.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
We would like this help desk brand to offer social media integration in the coming months.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Whenever something went wrong, which can happen with the best of tools, we knew ProProfs’ customer service team will be there for us. In addition to email and chat, they are known for 24x7 awesome human support. This is a much-needed aspect for any tool to succeed in the market.
