The tool has been nothing short of a miracle. No major complaints as of now. I will surely update you guys if I come across any serious limitations.

The ability to integrate with popular tools will be a welcome addition, as I mentioned.

This tool helps us prioritize urgent issues that affect our business performance. For instance, payment gateway issues, website downtimes, bugs, etc., are handled using ProProfs.
