What are the best aspects of this product?
ProProfs is a great example of good pricing. A lot of popular help desk companies just charge you anything and take undue advantage of their market position. I bet ProProfs will be quite huge if it keeps innovating and keeps prices affordable like it currently has.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Everything is perfectly fine. Just can’t think of any major issue.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I would love to see more integration options with leading team collaboration/project management tools like Slack and Asana.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We are a small customer service team of 12 members. We were not at all in a position to pay $30-40/agent every month for a help desk ticketing system. ProProfs Help Desk came to us as a ray of hope and has helped us save huge amounts of money. Cheers to their team for making this possible!
