ProProfs Help Desk allows our IT support team to track all incidents, requests, and complaints from a unified dashboard. You can conduct CSAT surveys to monitor the customer experience and gauge the daily, weekly, and monthly performance of your team.

There should be more ready-to-use templates for creating web forms and surveys.
