PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love how easy it is to use this tool for answering all customer questions! Tracking tickets is so easy and it’s great how I can ask my team members to help me out in resolving tickets. I can add internal notes and talk about what\'s the best way to answer a customers question - its great!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

For me, the reporting feature can be a little better.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Nothing as such

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The one problem that was really making things bad when it came to customer support is the lack of unity. With this tool, all agents work as a team to resolve customer questions. Oth agents and customers are happier now!
