What are the best aspects of this product?

ProProfs has a lot of great features that make it an awesome platform for providing online training to employees. This platform provides us with a real-time progress and performance track record of the training participants.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The trial period should be made longer for the customers to be able to fully access if the platform fits their needs. I think at least one month of the trial period is necessary.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With ProProfs, it is easier to convey business objectives and the concepts necessary to achieve them to employees.
