What are the best aspects of this product?

We used ProProfs to administer an online recorded training examination. The whole process has been smooth and every single entry was automated.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

For some time, we had trouble figuring out how to incorporate pictures and videos into the training assessment. However, this is a minor issue and we were able to resolve it after a while.

We were able to conduct an automated online training program with hundreds of participants. This was way more efficient than in-person training.
