What are the best aspects of this product?

With this platform, training can be administered in real-time. I can track the progress of my trainees and rate them according to their performance. ProProfs has made the whole process a lot easier.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I would recommend that they add a few more days to the trial period and make the UI design more interesting.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This platform made accounting knowledge transfer possible in our company, hence saving us from future probable financial problems. We were able to gain insight with the help of ProProfs and are considering expanding our use of this platform to train people from outside our company.
