What are the best aspects of this product?
I love the integration with Google Apps, it’s the best thing when it comes to this software. We have worked with other CRM systems as well, I can say they are all similar, but most of them didn’t provide us with some functionalities and we were often associated with emails. With Prosperworks addresses we are saving a lot of time, and we can focus more on our progress.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
In my opinion, they need to improve their dashboard, calendar system, sales cycle elements (it would be great if there are steps on how to change items). I must say, the software lacks some options such as: opportunity value, client phone number and other. It gets messy when I want to check details of the items, like everything is messed up.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
With PW we managed to reduce the sales cycle timeline, we kept our contact interactions and we are able to create calls to action based on information.
