What are the best aspects of this product?
Prosperworks provides an integration with Google Apps and this is what I like most about this software. We are able to work with our CRM software systems and they are all similar. Prosper works saves us lot of time especially when it comes to addresses, we can be more focused on our progress instead of wasting time on somthing that can be done automatically.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The dashboard, caledar system and sales cycle elements need improvement. They could even include guide on how to change items. Also, there are some options that could be included into the software such as: opportunity value, client phone number and other things. I feel like everything is messed up when trying to check the details.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
ProsperWorks helps us to reduce the sales cycle timeline, to keep our contact interaction and to create calls to actions based on the information we have.
