What are the best aspects of this product?
This CRM system works perfectly and the integration is highly useful and flexible because we can work from our Google Accounts. The UI is straightforward and intuitive one and there is huge amoun of information within. We are able to import contacts from Gmail and to search for specific contact.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I’d like to see Spanish version of the software.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We are able to keep track of our clients, contact account and prospects. We don’t have to worry about losing opportunities. It helps us to put everything in perfect order and to be more productive.
