What are the best aspects of this product?
The CRM system works great and the integration is useful for us because we work from our Google accounts. Its interface is intuitive and straightforward, it provides huge amoun of information. We are able to import contacts directly from gmail. The tool helps us to search for all interactions with that specific contact.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It would be great if they could include Spanish version within the software.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It helps us to keep track of our clients and prospects and contact account. We had troubles with losing opportunities because of the inflexible information management. Thanks to this software we managed to put everything in order to improve our productivity.
