What are the best aspects of this product?
I got walked through during installation. The support rep was cool and patient even as I asked dumb newbie questions. They have a live chat that actually works! I know it’s a bot for simple FAQs but you’ll get forwarded to a real person for complex technical issues. Nice job there!
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The location, Seychelles, may turn off others, but, in reality, it’s better for a provider to be set up outside the US. The feds can’t monitor the provider. Just ask Snowden.
