Easy to use and extremely helpful tool

What are the best aspects of this product?

This software offers lot of capabilities for CAD files, word documents and other file types. We are allowed to route, approve and review. We are using this tool for 8 years and we are able to collaborate with other customers who use this product. We use it to submit supplier request for drawing change and to improve the collaboration.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We have experienced some issues with this product but its support team is great and they reach us within an hour. Some of its functions (sales, quality and managers) can be complicated for using if you don’t use them on a daily basis. It is huge program and it can be difficult to learn everything about it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We managed to integrate our company procedures with Windchill and to use for gate approval. This tool helps us to improve the revision control. It offers centralized location for each document. We are able to store customer drawings within the system. I like how easily search engine works.
