What are the best aspects of this product?

This tool allows us to manage projects and product documents. It supports multiple CAD tools but it works perfectly with PTC’s Creo. This tool helps you to grow your organization.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

This product is pricy and it requires experience admins for configuration. Also, the UI is not as intuitive as it should be.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This tool provides secure and central location for storing, managing and controlling projects and product data. We are able to keep geographically distributed items well-informed. We can easily track the status of the projects. ISO audits are efficiently thanks to the central location of the documents. We don’t have to run around in order to find file cabinets and emails for each document. They have also improved engineering change management process.
