PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I was looking for a Buffer replacement which was buggy, features drastically reduced &/or moved to a mess of billing plans...Publer was the answer!

It's easy to set up & learn (it feels familiar +1). The free trial allowed me to test the excellent features. The pricing plans, features & UX are all perfect, multiple schedule profiles, RSS content feeds, browser extensions, customisable feeds per post, it has it all.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

When installing the browser extension, it did not work until I signed out and back in again to the main Publer website. However, this is not a major issue and the browser extension detected the problem straight away and provided me with the solution.

Two-factor authentication for login
A mobile app

Buffer features and pricing tiers had become restrictive and messy over the years whilst the quality of the free tier became virtually useless for my needs when originally it was great but the change to feature and pricing meant it was not worth upgrading.
