PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I really love the "spintax" feature best. This lets me write one caption and have a post go out multiple times with a unique caption every time. It's a huge money-saver! I also love that they have an easy-to-use feature request portal. They listen to their customers, and they're constantly rolling out new features!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The interface is a little unintuitive, but there are requests for improvement that they're weighing. I also don't like that they don't yet have a mobile app, which means I can't schedule anything that requires a notification to post (like reels or stories). However, they are working on this, too.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

A mobile app, autosaving of drafts, the ability to switch between post types, and a more intuitive UI
