What are the best aspects of this product?
They have an excellent artificial intelligence for publishing that assists in rewriting text for posts. The user interface is also very easy to use.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Managing multiple profiles can be expensive. Additionally, having a Social Listening tool would be a fantastic addition.
