What are the best aspects of this product?

Easy to use social media software and they are adding new features all the time.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Not a lot of problems. The CSV integration could be better. But sure the are working on that.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Hashtags and location on Instagram stories

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Better planning of our social media.
