PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Unlike many social schedulers, Publer is easy to use right from the start. Scheduling from the calendar view to multiple social accounts at one time is a breeze and is something that my previous scheduler was missing. The price point is very generous and well worth the cost. Customer support is also amazing.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Getting all of the accounts connected is sometimes problematic but that's due to IG/FB issues and not Publer.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I was looking for a replacement for Hootsuite after they went crazy and upped their plans by $70/month. I took a chance on Publer and I am so glad that I did. I love the user interface and the ease of scheduling multiple platforms at the same time. The calendar scheduling feature is definitely my favorite.
