The best aspects of Publer are its team collaboration functionality and its scheduling feature that allows for easy planning and management of posts across multiple social media channels.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

One aspect that could be improved is the analytics functionality, as it lacks some of the detailed data that other social media management tools offer. Additionally, the user interface could be more visually appealing and modern.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

In future versions of Publer, I would like to see expanded analytics capabilities that provide more in-depth data on social media performance. It would also be beneficial to have a feature that allows for the creation of custom reports and the ability to export data in different formats for easier analysis.
