What are the best aspects of this product?

If you're a business trying to manage multiple social media channels, it can be a frustrating and overwhelming process. Publer takes the stress down by incorporating everything into one platform, and having the ability to schedule your posts in advance is great for someone like me who manages clients social channels.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

At this point, I don't really have anything to grumble about - it is truly a great app that has caused little to no issues for me.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

It would be great if they came out with a platform for going live in multiple streams.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Time savings is the first one that comes to my mind. I save so much time creating my weekly posts to my channels, which would otherwise eat up my whole day going to each social platform to create my content.
