What are the best aspects of this product?
It is very user-friendly and quite simple to learn.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The amount of times a social account is required to be reauthorise accounts, making it very difficult to know for sure if a post went out
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
As an agency, would love a seamless approval process for clients that does not require them to create a user account. If there could be a preview link for upcoming posts for users outside of Publer, this would be an awesome platform for agencies to use considering the low price point
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Great to scale the business as the agency gets more clients. Other platforms are way too expensive for small to medium size agencies
