What are the best aspects of this product?

Publer's features were created not only with a social media manager in mind but also a content creator. We see this in their integration with Canva as well the ability to easily watermark photos, label photos, and more. Publer has allowed me to be super organized in the backend way before I even think to post anything which is great.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are still glitches on the interface that they need to work through. Often times I have to refresh the page for the glitch to undo or I have to contact support for them to manually make the change. Because of this, my process of approving posts or checking the IG Feed preview are slowed down.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I'd like to be able to view my social inbox and respond to DMs.
