PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

What I love most about Publer is how easy it is to set up posting schedules for all my accounts, and label each slot on my calendar with the type of post I want at that time. Then I can create posts in batches with the matching label, and Auto-Schedule will drop each post into the next available post slot for that type! It makes it so much easier to produce content in batches, and have more time to spend engaging with followers.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The user interface can be a little finicky at times, mostly just on the mobile app, but their roadmap for this year has a ton of mobile app improvement on it, and their support has been really helpful and responsive!

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

For me, it solves the problem of running out of post ideas and scrambling to come up with things at the last second. Instead I only work on post creation when I'm in a creative mood, and drop a bunch of posts into the schedule to be distributed throughout the next several days, and Publer takes care of auto-scheduling them for the times I assigned for each account's schedule.
