What are the best aspects of this product?
Provides all the features you need without creating too much complexity or confusion. Includes all the features our team needed: flexible queue operation, recycling posts, custom content per network, and Mastodon integration. It's really designed well, and stands out compared to other social media management tools.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There are a few features that could use some refinement, but their roadmap is public and it looks like they are working on the right things.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I honestly can't think of anything right now.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Underutilization of social media to expand our reach, and too much time to schedule posts to have a presence on multiple networks.
