What are the best aspects of this product?
I really enjoy the clean UI, especially in the scheduled calendar view and the fast and professional customer service.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I don't have any significant issues really, I would like a couple of features, but that's more because the robust user-voted feedback system has me excited for those features coming in the future.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I'd like to see categorisation of post types, possibly by colour coding.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
My company none, this was a personal purchase for use as an individual on LinkedIn. It allowed me to organize and schedule my posting.
