Our team loves that it's user-friendly and offers everything we need.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There really isn't anything problematic. Our social media accounts have to be reconnected more than we'd like, but this happens across all platforms.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I'd like to see better reporting options. If analytics could be send via email every month, that'd be helpful.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We are able to schedule all social media from one location. Very helpful! Also, you can bulk upload, which we use a lot.
