What are the best aspects of this product?
How easy it is to use their interface. The ability to schedule social media content across different platforms. The customer support team is top class, minimum waiting time and maximum effectiveness.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Its analytics tool could use further improvements and be synced daily with posts across social media. This seems to be in their roadmap, so it is great to see them responding to clients' needs to improve their service.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Enhanced analytics tool, daily sync.
A plugin that checks other social media accounts and gives you the best posts in terms of engagement, etc.
(Similar to Themex on Twitter or Taplio integration on LinkedIn).
