PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I'm a sole proprietor, I need customer support from my vendors. Publer responds to my questions quickly, often within the hour but never longer than a day. The interface is easy to use. No Publer University required and the ability to use CSV files to post helps me to stay organized. This is worth trying the free account but you will soon be won over and the price for the Aurum level account is still less than Hootsuite and the features are more robust than Buffer.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The ability to post to Instagram is an issues for me. Simply because all of the other platforms offered here work so well and I hate having to use another app to post to Instagram.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Publer posts to a number of popular platforms, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram Linked-In etc. It does not yet have an agreement with Instagram. I am told they are working on this. That really is the only drawback.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I am able to increase my social media presence and engagement. I am also able to draft posts in advance and have them approved by the people that need to see them before they go out. I use Publer several times a week and it really makes social media posting a lot easier.
