What are the best aspects of this product?
The best parts about publer are definitely the content shortcuts and post scheduling that can be set up and customized to your liking. By importing this stuff from my social media analytics, I can now quickly make content and schedule it for my small business, that used to take me hours each night. It's truly amazing.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There are a couple of limitations on the Facebook API side that prevent a few features from being used by me, but I know that this is not publer's fault. The support team appears committed to bringing those features in once Facebook fixes the bugs on their end!
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
It would be really cool if I could set up a way to edit my post to include the names of customers who signed up for certain things in the comments of my post. this is something that I still have to do manually.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It all comes down to time. I was spending 2 hours a night manually checking hot times for the next day and creating content from scratch and scheduling it all to keep up activity in our Facebook group. Now, I can do that all in 15 minutes, PLUS see what content my team is working on and schedule around them, instead of double booking timeslots with their posts. I highly recommend this product.
